Claiming to be the only vendor to have end to end products in the graphic arts space, HP says it will present a range of print solutions under its Designjet, Indigo and Scitex brands at Pacprint 09.

Shane Lucas, director of HP Graphic Arts South Pacific says the company will be broadening its participation in next year’s event.

He says, “Visitors will have the opportunity to view the latest offerings across the HP Graphic Arts Portfolio including the new technologies and equipment released at drupa and at SGIA this year.”

The company will for the first time have a stand dedicated to the HP Scitex, which Lucas says is leading the way in developing technology that provides a true digital alternative to analogue screenprinting.

He says, “The range of equipment on this stand will demonstrate to the market the level of investment HP has made in research and development of new technologies designed to make signage printing more affordable and profitable for the Print Service Provider.”

The HP Indigo will be represented on the Currie Group stand where it is anticipated the new HP Indigo 7000 digital press will be on display along with the HP Indigo 5500 and 3500 models. The Currie Group is the sole distributor for HP Indigo in Australia.

Also, the HP Designjet will have a range of products for technical and creative markets on display including the HP Designjet Z6100 60”, the newly released HP Designjet Z3200 photo printer, MFP solutions and the HP Designjet T1100.
